No, if the event is announced as SOLD OUT, there are no more tickets for sale at any point. You can only buy a ticket from someone who wants to sell his/hers.
Yes, you will always need a valid and original ID in case we have to verify your age. School ID or a photo of your actual ID will not be accepted.
To make a VIP table reservation at any of our events, please send us an e-mail with the total number of guests, name of the event and time of arrival (no later than midnight) to firstname.lastname@example.org
Minimum spend is 50 EUR per person and the total amount has to be paid in advance by bank transfer to confirm the reservation.
Parties may cancel via e-mail (email@example.com) 72hrs before their reservation for a full refund. Any cancellations made after that are no longer eligible for a refund.
For example: A group of 5 will have to spend a minimum of 250 EUR on bottles.
Guests with a VIP table reservation will have a seating area reserved for them and will have service directly at their table.
Guests with a VIP table reservation don’t have to buy a ticket to the event.
Yes, we offer complete packages including catering, entertainment, decoration for birthday parties, corporate events, wedding parties, etc.
Our main club as well our lounge can be booked for this depending on the size of the group.

From 11th March 2022 there is no more COVID CHECK in force at events in Luxembourg. You do not need a covid certificate to enter the venue.
